Le Conseil Liminal exists to support organisations in moments of transition — in the liminal spaces between strategy and execution, growth and complexity, intention and reality.

The studio provides fractional and project-based operational and transformation support to founders and organisations navigating complexity, change and growth — when strategic intent exists, but execution feels fragmented, unclear or constrained.

The practice focuses on the space between vision and delivery: translating intent into shaping operating models, clarifying governance, establishing priorities, creating impetus and momentum, and supporting practical delivery and ways of working.

Engagements typically begin with a short, paid exploratory phase designed to establish clarity before commitment.

This phase may include:
